These requirements are often specified in planning conditions or there may be a specific issue at your site that needs addressing such as fuel tank removal or gas mitigation. GOWN offers assistance for all aspects of contamination investigation and reporting, including remediation and validation.
These services can easily be tailored to also assist with geotechnical design of foundations and the ongoing design of structural elements of your project as well as any other elements such as soakaway assessments.
Furthermore, GOWN have an in-house Qualified Person under CL:AIRE The Definition of Waste: Development Industry Code of Practice who can generate Material Management Plans for the site and also sign off reports generated by others for declaration to CL:AIRE.
